About Purchase, NY - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Purchase is a hamlet in the town of Harrison, New York and home to State University of New York at Purchase as well as Manhattanville College. It is a college town with a simple way of life and lovely people. The town is nothing if not family-friendly and you will see kids on bikes in the summer and walking to school in huge coats in the winter. There will always be people milling about in every season – no matter where you turn. The community is simply full of life.

Purchase is known for the Purchase Community House property which has 4 pools, runs after-school programs, and maintains many playing fields. The library is also on the property and the day camp is held there in the summer. It is the heart and soul of the town and the nucleus for all of the goings-on and recreational fun in the area. If you are interested in taking a drive with the kids to check out something new then the White Plains Public Library may be just the day trip that you are looking for, especially on a cold, wintry Christmas break day. The community maintains an absolutely brilliant children's library, called the Trove. They also have a committed space for young adulthoods, which they call the Edge.

Do you enjoy hometown ambiance, delicious food and lovely neighbors? Are you interested in eating the most delicious and freshest produce in the area? Do you want to chat with the guy who grew your apples? Head to the Scarsdale Farmer’s Market in their Village Center, which is open in autumn when the weather conditions are ideal for this type of activity. Also, during this lovely time of year is the annual, "lt's Great to Live in Harrison/Columbus Day" festival in the adjacent town of Harrison. This event brings in thousands of people from all over with live entertainment, raffles, food vendors, and more as the town transforms into its own little carnival for a little while.
