About New Rochelle, NY - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

New Rochelle is a community not far from Manhattan.  The town manages to maintain a suburban feeling while offering an easy commute to the city. This part of the country is gorgeous all year round but particularly spectacular in the autumn. As leaves fall and the breezes kick up, the whole town is blanketed in oranges and yellows. The towns in the area have all worked hard to preserve a small-town time-honored atmosphere of friendliness and neighborliness. The communities in the area are so peaceful that it is difficult to believe just how close the city really is.

If you find yourself fin town in the spring or summer, you simply have to check out Acres Community Garden Ward – entirely organized and operated by volunteers with the support of the New Rochelle Department of Parks and Rec. Established in 2009, the Garden features 88 separate plots that residents can rent for a nominal fee. Plot renters tend their own plots and contribute general community service, as well. Six plots are harvested and donated to H.O.P.E. Community Services Soup Kitchen while another six plots are used for educational purposes.

If you love the gardens then you will definitely want to go to Scarsdale for their Farmer’s Markets held in the Village Center. It is open in autumn. Also, during this beautiful time of year is the yearly, "lt's Great to Live in Harrison/Columbus Day" celebration in the neighboring city of Harrison. This occasion brings in people from all over the state with live entertainment, raffles, games, music, food, and more. Are you interested in trying out some local food or checking out the neighborhood arts scene? Bronxville’s Central Business District is bustling as shoppers enjoy designer clothing boutiques, antique shops, book stores, florists and more. There are delicious restaurants and lovely people, as well.
